The offer, which promises half price monthly bills until 2018, ends at midnight next Wednesday August 23. It's available on Three mobile contract deals across all handsets – from flagships like the iPhone 7, Galaxy S8 and LG G6, to more budget options including the Honor 9 and iPhone 6S.
We've picked out some of the six months half price plans that have caught our eye. There's no discount codes or cashback to faff around with – you just need to pick your mobile phone deal, click the link and make your purchase. Easy as one, two, Three.
The best iPhone 7 deal at Three
iPhone 7 32GB | £49 upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | 12GB data | Advanced plan | £21.50 per month for first 6 months
Rather than picking the absolute cheapest iPhone 7 deal on Three (that's this 4GB tariff for a tad less a month), we think this 12GB plan represents much better value. You'll get the perks of Three's Advanced plans – you can scroll down the page for more details on those – and you get enough data for looooads of surfing and streaming away from your Wi-Fi.
The best Galaxy S8 deal at Three
Samsung Galaxy S8 | £49 upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | 30GB data | Advanced plan | £25.50 per month for first 6 months
Regardless of the handset, Three invariably offers the most competitive prices on big data deals. And that's no different on the superb Samsung Galaxy S8. Nowhere else offers less than £30 per month on this handset for this data, so you're sitting pretty until 2018. Need something bigger – then check out Three's Galaxy S8 Plus deals, too.
The best LG G6 deal at Three
LG G6 | £79 upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | 4GB data | Advanced plan | £19 per month for first 6 months
How does paying less than £20 per month for LG's 2017 flagship phone until next year sound? If it's got you giddy with excitement, then this is the deal for you. In our LG G6 review, we rated the phone as not a million miles worse than the Galaxy S8. A brilliant Android phone for a more affordable price.
The best iPhone 6S deal at Three
iPhone 6S 32GB | £29 upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | 30GB data | Advanced plan | £23 per month for first 6 months
To be honest, if you want the two year-old flagship Apple phone with minimal data, then you should look at our iPhone 6S deals page – there are much better prices to be had. But Three is much better on this handset for big data. Here you get a massive 30GB allowance per month. That is A LOT of Netflix streaming and podcast downloading.
The best Galaxy S7 deal at Three
Samsung Galaxy S7 | £49 upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | All-you-can-eat data | Advanced plan | £26.50 per month for first 6 months
We had to get an all-you-can-eat data deal in there at some point. To many people, it's what the Three network is most famous for. And the half-price tariff on the still-great Galaxy S7 is where it shines. You get uncapped calls and texts, as well. So you can use this phone however you wish, without checking over your shoulder to see if you're exceeding your limits.
The best Honor 9 deal at Three
Honor 9 | FREE upfront | Unlimited calls and texts | 4GB data | Advanced plan | £14.50 per month for first 6 months
The Honor 9's USP is to offer a mobile phone with excellent specs for a reasonable price. And it pretty much nails it – just take a look at our Honor 9 review. In addition to the sub-£15 monthly fee, the best thing about this Three deal is that you don't have to pay a penny upfront. The handset is absolutely FREE.

Three Advanced plans
Three has two types of plan that you can choose from. Its Essential plans are cheaper, but the six months half price promotion applies only to its Advanced plans.
As well as giving you a personal hotspot allowance and free calls to customer services, there are two main benefits to going Advanced. Firstly, there's Go Roam, which lets you feel at home when abroad by letting you use your data, call and text allowances in 60 worldwide destinations such as the US, Australia and Brazil. And then there's Go Binge allowing you to stream Netflix, TVPlayer, Deezer and SoundCloud away from Wi-Fi without eating into your data allowance.
