Meringue coffee kicks pumpkin spiced lattes to the curb


Your new holiday coffee obsession doesn’t have the words “peppermint” or “eggnog” anywhere in the name. 

Takeout Drawing in the Seoul, South Korea, offers a plethora of cakes, treats and drinks, but none is more beautiful or crave-worthy than the Paul’s Meringue Factory coffee drink.

This drink is simply espresso and milk topped with a snowy-peaked meringue cookie. Unlike whipped cream, meringue won’t melt into a drippy mess nor does it conventionally contain any dairy. You may dip your meringue or eat it sans-coffee bath but whatever you do, make sure you photograph it.  Read more…
