LONDON — Somewhere deep, deep down, there’s a shred of goodness in Cersei Lannister.
Or there was, anyway.
Up until the final episode of Season 6, Cersei felt more like a survivor — a character who has been backed into a corner and has had to be ruthless in order to protect her children — as opposed to an out and out villain.
Following Tommen’s death, Cersei now only has one person to look out for: herself.
